Jason Darbyshire

Jason is the CEO of Charterhouse Australia & UK. In this role, he works closely with the Senior Management team to drive growth and change through a strong operations and sales strategy.
Jason joined Charterhouse in January 2009 with a remit to consolidate and develop its Accounting practice. During his time with the firm, he has also grown a Government practice that is a top-five supplier in its space and established high-performing teams in Resources, Accounting Operations, and Strategy & Policy. In 2011, he was promoted to the role of General Manager NSW. He has been CEO Australia since June 2017.
Jason has a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. He is passionate about the benefits recruitment can bring to business and society and works actively to promote its future. Jason has retained the same philosophy throughout his career: Client and employee engagement are key to ongoing business success.
