My client is a small Australian based supply company with an international network located in Macquarie Park who are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team.  
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for some job stability as well as a flexible working environment. 
About the Role:  
A permanent full-time opportunity has opened with one of our clients based in Macquarie Park 
Reporting to the General Manager your duties include: 

  • Maintaining AP/AR ledgers 
  • Generate, review and mail out statements 
  • Process applications and open new accounts 
  • Manage bad debt 
  • General ledger reconciliations and month end duties 
  • Prepare and generate cheques/manual payments 
  • Timely processing of invoices 
  • Assisting with customer enquiries  
  • Liaising with key external stakeholders 
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries, quotations, P.O delivery notes and deliveries are correctly executed 
  • Logistical control – tracking of customer deliveries   
  • About You:  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities 
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Intermediate excel skills 
  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
