My client is a market leading and innovative Australian Infrastructure business based in the North Shore, Sydney.
Seeking an experienced Property Accounts Officer to join their team.
The role
- Accurate maintenance of the database
- Billings and lease administration
- Manipulating data in excel
- Account reconciliations
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- General ad hoc duties where required
The requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to deal with high volumes of work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot Tables
- Systems savvy - exposure to a large ERP system
- Commercial property industry experience essential
