My client is a specialist boutique law firm based in the Lower North Shore - looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The role will work across transactional accounting functions and some admin duties - flexibility to take on a number of tasks is key for this role.
You will be working with a small team and have the opportunity to be across a number of functions as well as growth in the role.
Right team fit is 100% key for the role | down to earth | can do attitude | ability to work autonomously and excellent communications are paramount.
This role as mentioned is permanent full time paying $50,000 - $60,000 + super (experience dependent).
Legal experience would be preferable OR Professional Services.
Main overview of day to day:
- Raising client invoices
- Chasing outstanding money owed (phone, email)
- Process of supplier invoices, requesting authorisation from relevant party
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Pre-Bill reports for client matters
- Write offs
- Processing expenses
- Petty cash
- General filing of invoices
- Adhoc duties
Ideal system experience would be Xero and intermediate Excel skills.
This role is only open to Permanent Residents or Australian Citizens.
