Job description

 
My Client is a global FMCG company focused on the production, distribution and delivery of household, health care and personal care goods. They represent a number of high profile brands and FMCG Giants.

They are on the lookout for an immediately available Accounts Receivable officer who can come in and “hit the ground running” and commit to the three-month tenure of the role.
 
The role:

  • Dealing with a backlog of payments
  • Customer claims, rebates
  • Sending out outstanding claims
  • Cash receipting and cash allocation to invoices
  • Receipting of credit card payments
  • Process refunds and commission payments
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with all parts of the business regarding invoicing and payments
  • Ad hoc work duties as required including administrative tasks

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an AR role
  • Strong experience in SAP and Excel (mandatory) 
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a team
