Job description
My client is a National well know organisation who require an experienced Credit / AR officer to join their ever-growing Accounts Receivable team.
This role requires minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role - working in a high volume, fast pace environment overseeing your own ledger.
Based in the Western suburbs this is an ideal position for someone who is looking for work life balance, an easy commute and have their own vehicle (given the location of my client).
You will be responsible for your own ledger (client accounts), dealing with:
- credit checks
- opening new accounts
- chasing bad debt (around 40-50 calls per day)
- reconciliation of accounts
- allocation of payments
- query handling
- SAP Ariba experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work autonomously, high attention to details and excellent customer service.
Due to this role being offered as a permanent full-time position only Permanent Residents and AU/NZ Citizens will be considered.
