Job description
Our client the NSW Government is looking for an office all-rounder to assist their local Penrith team on a 6-month basis. You will be providing high quality front line customer service, and triage customer enquiries on a wide range of issues within the responsibilities of the organisation. Providing administrative support to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required
- Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
- General administrative duties; phones, mail and data entry
- Undertake routine system searches, input and extract data using available computer systems
- Maintain the General Managers calendar and assist the PA with diary management and travel
- Provide a range of support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the local team
- Candidates must have experience in customer and administrative support and have a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience supporting management
