Job description

Our client is looking for two Administration all rounders to support the Leadership, Management Development and Educational Design portfolio in their Gladesville Office on a three-month contract. This role requires extensive stakeholder management so would suit someone who has great interpersonal skills and is able to manage conflicting priorities. This role is working with a prominent NSW Health organisation and the ideal candidate would have previous experience in the Health sector.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across the Leadership, Management Development and Educational Design portfolio to support responsive delivery of program and project operations
  • Develop and apply expertise in using databases and other information management tools (Learner Management System) to input, collate, analyse and maintain consistent, high-quality program and portfolio information
  • Actively collaborate and contribute to the smooth-running of a cohesive, engaged, high-performing and productive team
  • Undertake other tasks as requested to support achievement of strategic goals
