About the company:

My client is a global leader in their field, operating across 5 continents and with over 150 years’ experience they are experts at what they do!

You will be required to:

  • Work collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team in Australia and New Zealand
  • Entering new employee information, changes to employee employment conditions in SAP
  • Help maintain position descriptions and ensure accuracy of employee and positional data entered into SAP and TalentUp
  • Assist with the administration of onboarding for any new starters.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the HR Shared Services team, identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline processes
  • Provide support to HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and other colleagues as required


About you

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR administration position in a fast-paced business environment
  • Highly organised and have demonstrated ability to effectively plan day to day duties
  • Able to work autonomously and be proactive
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in SAP
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines
