About the company:
My client is a global leader in their field, operating across 5 continents and with over 150 years’ experience they are experts at what they do!
You will be required to:
- Work collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team in Australia and New Zealand
- Entering new employee information, changes to employee employment conditions in SAP
- Help maintain position descriptions and ensure accuracy of employee and positional data entered into SAP and TalentUp
- Assist with the administration of onboarding for any new starters.
- Work collaboratively as part of the HR Shared Services team, identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline processes
- Provide support to HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and other colleagues as required
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR administration position in a fast-paced business environment
- Highly organised and have demonstrated ability to effectively plan day to day duties
- Able to work autonomously and be proactive
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a high-volume environment
- Experience in SAP
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines
