About our client

This Australian law firm are looking for an administration assistant to join their team for this maternity leave contract. Specialising in commercial law, this firm pride themselves on having a professional yet fun and relaxed culture and are looking for a flexible and motivated administration assistant to cover in this carried role. The role will be a mix of HR admin and general administration to the rest of the office as well as reception relief.


  • Supporting the Human Resources Manager
  • Ensuring all WHS documentation is compliant and up to date
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing calendars in Outlook
  • Reception relief when required
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
  • Assisting with overflow administrative duties
  • Sorting and distributing mail


  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administration role, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • A flexible attitude
