About the role

This Australian mid-tier firm are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the firm on a permanent basis. The firm pride themselves on their open door collaborative culture and the excellent work they produce. Currently in an exciting period of growth, this commercial firm offer great benefits such as in-house yoga and massages, Friday drinks and many events such as morning teas, charity events and sporting teams.  Full training will be given on everything legal.  

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a team of lawyers
  • Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients
  • Monthly billing
  • Proof reading legal documents
  • File management    


To be successful you will have:              

  • A minimum two years’ experience in an admin role
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
