About the role

I am looking an experienced administrator to support a team of 9 with all administration duties. Paying up to $28 + Super this is an opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced, corporate environment.

This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday within a desirable location. The position is to start within the next 2 weeks.

Working within a fun & collaborative environment, you will be a key part of a growing organisation that really values their employees and has the ability to change and take on new ideas and processes.


Duties to include:

  • Producing contracts
  • Formatting documents
  • Answering calls
  • Payroll queries
  • Filing, scanning & photocopying
  • Processing of expenses
  • Ad hoc reception duties


I am looking for candidates who have the following:

  • Recent Administrative experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
