Job description

This is a full time role working 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday paying up to $60K Package.

 

The position is to start immediately.

Duties:

  • Setting up all IT equipment
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ad hoc reception duties
  • Submit & reconcile expense reports
  • General support to eh Pre-Contracts team
  • Maintain & update spreadsheets
  • Writing emails and letters on behalf of other office staff
  • Generate reports
  • Photocopy & print documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • Receive, sort & distribute the mail
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Tidying away the kitchen

 

Requirements:

  • Proven admin experience
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
