Job description

This global leading Property company is currently at the forefront of their market.  Having seen a number of large successes within the business and with an increase in headcount the need for a business focused Applications Analyst is required to join their professional and stable team.  In this role you will play a pivotal part working with the People and Culture teams supporting HRIS implementations.  You will have had excellent experience working on corporate platforms and be well versed across numerous toolkits, webservices JAVA and HTML.
 
Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the business in the concept, business case, design and delivery of integration of tech solutions including P&C tech
  • Drive quality control processes and deployment plans
  • Ensure governance processes are in place for system security and the confidentiality of employee and user data
  • Accountability for P&C applications platforms including Workday, Preceda, PEX, Enboarder, Qualtrics and Sharepoint
  • Accountability for integrations to downstream applications (e.g active directory, TM1)
  • Oversight of technical maintenance, continuous improvement and upgrade/review cycles
  • Management of technical support and user experience
  • Develop technical supporting documentation including design documents, run guides and system test plans
  • Execute system test plans, while documenting results that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance with regards to business requirements
  • Participate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines
  • Liaison with other technology groups in relation to impacted applications which can include SSO, infrastructure, email, TM1 Reporting, etc

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary education in a tech-related discipline (required)
  • Project management and extensive SDLC experience (required)
  • HR applications/ HRIS experience (preferred)
  • Experience creating and supporting integrations using Studio, EIB’s, Core Connectors, Cloud Connector, and Webservices (required)
  • Good understanding of object migrations between implementation, sandbox and production tenant
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of web technologies including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, XSLT, SOAP, and XPATH (required)
  • Experience with database tools and functionality, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (required)
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of integrations to one of the major HR tech solutions such as Oracle, SAP or Workday (preferred)
  • Project management and extensive SDLC experience (required)
