Job description
My client, a large multi-faceted, multi-sited organisation, is seeking to find an Assets Specialist to take responsibility of the management of their , for a 6-month period to start immediately.
Reporting directly to the Asset Management Coordinator, you will be responsible responsibilities to include :
- Coordinate handover process for completed CAPEX projects
- Monitor Work-in-Progress expenditure & liaise with project managers
- Reconcile expenditure using Technology One
- Assist with asset revaluations
- Report asset finance information to finance managers monthly
- Provide support and advice to internal community and external stakeholders
- Assist with implementation of new Asset policies
Criteria for the role :
- High standard of communication skills on all levels
- Financial experience in a large organisation, in particular Asset Management
- Understand project methodology
- Business or systems analysis experience
- Ability to problem solve, work under pressure whilst remaining professional at all times
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of financial system (Technology One preferred but not essential)
- Advanced Excel Skills
