Job description
My client is a reputable company based in the North Shore (Ryde area) looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant / Assistant Financial Accountant to join their growing team.
CPA / CA newly qualified or nearly qualified is essential along with a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role.
This opportunity will give you full remit across Reporting, Treasury, Taxation and Project work.
Team player | excellent communications | ERP system experience needed along with used to working in a fast pace deadline driven environment.
Overview of responsibilities:
- preparation & completion of weekly financial reports (actuals)
- preparation of month end journals, accruals / prepayments
- general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- assist with monthly forecasting & budgets
- monthly GST returns
- Assist with FTB returns
This role is being offered as a permanent full time opportunity paying $80,000 + super.
