About the Company

One of Australia’s leading Wealth Management firms are looking for an Associate Financial Adviser to join one of their specialist teams in the CBD which focuses on philanthropy, charity and NFP clients.

This team is highly successful; is regarded as one of, if not the market leader in their field who pride themselves on the quality of service that they offer their clients.

As an associate adviser you will be relationship focused, have experience in developing complex strategies for your clients and support your wider team in general.
As an employer who is committed to training, developing, and promoting from within wherever possible you will be given all the tools and training needed to advance into a full adviser position.

About the Role
 

  • Support their financial advisers to develop and deliver top level advise while also providing an outstanding client service
  • Manage workflow to deliver client needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain fantastic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    Assist with the preparation of SOA’s and ROA’s
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team operational performance
  • Support advisers to generate client queries through marketing and business development activities
  • Monitor client accounts, team dashboards & maintain client records


Skills & Experience
 

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an associate financial adviser or paraplanner
  • FASEA Approved degree
  • Diploma of financial planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills who is committed to providing an excellent client experience
  • Use of XPlan is essential  
  • Prior experience of dealing with philanthropy, charities and not-for-profits will be highly regarded
