About the Role

• Lead audit & risk engagements including; staffing, budgeting, planning & executing day to day operations
• Build & maintain strong client relationships through networking events, conferences, client visits and regular conversations
• Coach, develop & manage a team while providing technical insight and advice
• Collect and review timesheets
• Delegate routine tasks and provide constructive feedback
• Provide encouragement and support to teams to resolve issues as they arise

Skills & Experience

• CPA/ CA Qualified
• Have experience managing & coaching a team within external audit
• Drive to continually improve work standards
• Ability to work directly with Partners/ Directors
• Ability to network and build relationships with both colleagues and clients.
