I am seeking an experienced Lawyer to join an established and high-performing Banking & Financial Services team located in Sydney on a full-time basis.
In this role you will be working closely with a reputable Partner and team. The quality, depth and expertise of this Banking and Finance team are consistently recognised via the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. This role will see you working on a broad range of corporate finance and acquisition related matters for a variety of clients including private equity firms, listed corporates, debt funds, and investment banks.
The team comprises leading practitioners with a proven track record acting on some of the country’s most significant and complex banking and financial services transactions. The partners provide technical and pragmatic legal advice.
Skills & Experience
- To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience with a broad background ideally within Acquisition Finance / Business Finance or related. You will possess strong client-facing capability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal and external clients and staff.
- A team player with strong time and project management skills
In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter. Someone who can work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
