About the Company:

Work alongside the Business, Sales and Marketing team in a newly formed “start-up” team responsible for the coordination and end-to-end bid management.
 
About the Role:

  • Assistance with the coordination of complex bids
  • Engagement of all key internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain all reports to enable forecasting
  • Coordinate time frames for projects to ensure all stages are addressed

About You:

  • Must have previous experience as a Bid Coordinator
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing a bid process
  • Time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with key stakeholders
