About the Company:
Work alongside the Business, Sales and Marketing team in a newly formed “start-up” team responsible for the coordination and end-to-end bid management.
About the Role:
- Assistance with the coordination of complex bids
- Engagement of all key internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain all reports to enable forecasting
- Coordinate time frames for projects to ensure all stages are addressed
About You:
- Must have previous experience as a Bid Coordinator
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience managing a bid process
- Time management
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with key stakeholders
