About the role
This market leading Property Development organisation are seeing top tier candidate to join their new business team.
With busy times ahead, our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator/PA to support the Director of New Developments & Director of Acquisitions and the team with the overall management and production of bids/tenders. This involves coordinating data and information from a variety of sources to produce the document. You will arrange team meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, arranging travel and expenses.
To ensure your success you will have experience within Bid and Tenders Submissions. You will have provided administration support to a busy team with exposure to working with complex information to compile documents such as contracts and tenders. Your strong skills in InDesign, MS word and Excel coupled with your ability to work under pressure to deadlines will set you apart.
