Job description
This globally recognised media company is currently at the forefront of their market and have continued to grow from strength to strength. With several recent client wins combined with new implementations and projects, the need for a digital BA has emerged to join their highly experienced and professional team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in gathering requirements and analysis using Agile techniques. You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC, be passionate about the customer experience and working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
- Showcase the products to project stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
- Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as directed
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- Understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
- Requirements workshops/interviews
- Demonstrated experience working in waterfall projects
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile Methodology
