Job description
Our NSW Government client are currently seeking multiple Business Analysts to assist in a large-scale Salesforce implementation program. You will bring innovative ideas and approaches to the analysis of business issues and the delivery of solutions, utilising the latest Salesforce technology, to enable a greater customer experience.
- Initial 6 month contract
- Sydney CBD based with some travel to Gosford required
- Multiple positions available
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and propose solutions to fulfil key business requirements
- Define and document use cases, user stories, business rules, wireframe designs and process models
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and document future state design requirements in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Prepare test cases and assist in testing as required
- Prepare training materials as required
- Assist the management of risks in projects
- Provide guidance and assistance to other BAs (particularly business BAs) as needed
To be successful, you will need:
- At least 5 years working experience as a technically-oriented Business Analyst in significant application development projects
- Experience in analysis of requirements and related Business Analyst activities supporting the implementation of Salesforce
- Demonstrated business processes definition and diagramming experience
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business stakeholders across all levels
- Previous Government experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology-based projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
