Our client is a National firm with diverse practice groups, delivering legal and commercial advice. This firm is based in fabulous offices in Barangaroo with a strong focus on growth and development. They are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join their team to work in conjunction with their marketing team to drive that growth. The successful applicant will be required to:

• Research opportunities and develop growth strategies in line with the firm’s strategy
• Manage and retain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and map business strengths, requirements and client needs
• Manage tender submissions, proposals and marketing initiatives

 
To be considered for this role, you should:

• Have at least 3 years’ business development experience within a leadership role
• Experience working within budgets
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, creative and dynamic personality
• Proactive attitude to client service and working relationship development both internally and externally
