Job description

We are partnering with a national professional services organisation based in Melbourne CBD, looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their Technology team, on a permanent basis

This role will be responsible for driving process automation and workflow initiatives, to enhance various processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage process automation initiatives and lead these projects to successful implementation and launch
  • Direct solution design and development to meet business and technology needs
  • Be the internal SME on process automation
  • Lead project teams & support with issue resolution for system integration
  • Requirements gathering - Research, analyse and recommend innovative ways to enable the business to operate in a reliable manner
  • Develop process automation project business cases reflecting ROI
  • Identify training needs, opportunities and propose solutions
  • Report relevant information and effectively communicate to project stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience and proven ability in similar role
  • Extensive experience with business process automation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Facilitating workshops experience
  • Business process re-design capability & process flow mapping
