This successful boutique, 2 Partner firm based in Liverpool are currently seeking an intermediate accountant to join their team. The Role
- Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnership, SMEs and HNWIs
- Preparation of BAS/IAS, FBT returns, Payroll Tax Reconciling accounts and maintaining clients asset registers and journals
- Assist in tax planning and various compliance
- Reporting to directly to the Partners, this role will involve hands-on business services compliance
- Liaising with the ATO, OSR and other regulatory bodies in relation to client's tax affairs.
- Assisting Partners to provide efficient, timely and quality service
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in professional practice within Australia
- Completed or currently undertaking your CA qualification
- Experience working to a budget and meeting productivity targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and work to competing deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
