Job description

- Initial 6-month contract
- Up to $900 a day + super
NSW Government agency is looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to join their team in Parramatta. You will lead the delivery of the client contact centre for the agency. Your team will consist of 6 direct reports and several indirect as well.
About the role:
- Manage the provision of high quality contact centre services across multiple channels
- Lead a team of service enablement specialists
- Support the introduction of new services and changes and manage stakeholders and clients involved
- Drive the training & communication regarding the changes
- Deliver extensive reports on performance
- Manage the service introduction process for new services and the delivery of existing service providers
Essentials:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience within shared services
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Strong experience managing teams in a similar environment
