About the Company
An international accounting firm who have offices across all major Australian cities. They have Big firm expertise with service and flexibility you would come to expect from a smaller business.
They are currently a Top 20 firm who have goals of being a Top 10 firm in the next couple of years. Their strategy is to attract Senior Managers and Directors to their Sydney CBD office who are experts in external audit or Business Advisory who want to become partners of the firm in the short term.
About the Role
- Build, manage and retain a team of accountants from Intermediate to Manager grade
- Short-term progression to partner if you can bring fees to the firm
- Business development and promotion of the firm’s services as well as cross selling of other service lines
- Contribute to firm wide strategy projects and the overall direction of the business
- Play an active role in the training and development of other staff and their careers
Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Currently working as a Senior Manager or Director at another accounting firm
- The ability to bring fees/clients with you is preferred, but being able to business develop and win future clients is essential
