Government Call Center TEMPS $30+  Parramatta
We are looking for Temps with Call Center experience! Are you free and ready to start NOW!  We have 30 Call Centre roles to fill for an NSW Government agency based in Liverpool.

  • Working hours are 8am to 4pm
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills  
  • Must have previous call center experience
  • Must be immediately available
  • First intake start date is 17th September
  • Second intake start date is 24th September
  • End date is 26th October with a possible extension

Essential Criteria

  • Delivering high level customer service
  • Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties.
  • Identify, refer and assign non-standard and more complex inquiries for action and resolution
  • Maintain records of customer inquiries in a customer management system and follow up as required.
  • Assist with queries relating to purchasing and payment enquiries
  • Provide inquiry and referral data to assist in the preparation of reports on the Centre's activities
