Job description
This leading Financial services business has recently been going through a large period of growth and as such now have the need for a highly capable Change and Comms Manager to join their team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in assessing current processes and recommendations for improvement working with the scheme management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of current processes and recommendations for improvement
- Stakeholder mapping and identifying communication needs
- Work with business units to coordinate and review communication activity and ensure message consistency
- Develop and project management of communication strategy and implementation across multiple channels and stakeholder groups
- Oversee the communication for Scheme Management and Operations, manage communication messages and distribution
- Provide advice on effective communication and best practices
- Measurement of communication activities
- Comms background
- Experience in B@B
Core Requirements
- Communications Management experience
- Has worked in Financial Service organisations
- Previous PM experience to develop communication strategy
- Senior stakeholder engagement skills
