Job description

Our NSW Government client are currently seeking a Change Coordinator for a large program of work to support the delivery of successful Customer Experience (CX) and Human Centred Design (HCD) initiatives across the organisation. 

  • Parramatta Location
  • Initial 6 Month Contract 
  • Must have HCD/CX experience 
  • $55 - $60 per hour, depending on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of plans for assigned initiatives, including business readiness assessments; stakeholder assessments; stakeholder engagement; capability development, training and coaching; conducting engagement and training workshops; post implementation support; and ongoing change analysis measurement
  • Support the formation of business partnerships with stakeholders and customers to optimise the effective implementation of assigned projects 
  • Monitor, review and analyse systems and databases to generate reports that provide accurate advice and information for staff, customers, management and external agencies
  • Champion the use of new and/or updated technology applications, systems, procedures and organisational methods to deliver an efficient and effective service
  • Identify and assess risk, and propose and evaluate risk mitigation strategies
