Job description
Our NSW Government client are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager for a large scale Human Capital Management project in Sydney CBD. You will play an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure business readiness when implementing new ways of recruitment across multiple agencies.
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience delivering large scale HR / HCM projects in a change capacity
- Proven experience implementing SuccessFactors
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience recruiting and onboarding resources
- Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or Change Management
- NSW Government experience highly desirable
