Job description
- Demonstratable performance in Claims and Insurance – specifically within Financial Lines.
- Proven success driving performance for results and performance culture.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory regimes and changes, compliance and legislation covering insurance.
- Experience setting up, managing and supervising Claims processes, ensuring adherence to Claims guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Ability to be a representative of the Leadership team, demonstrating your capacity to self-manage and influence those around you.
