My client is a leading financial advisory and accountancy service provider, 30 years in the market they are not only multi national but a global business with a wealth of knowledge and opportunity.


About the role

  • The CSM is required to manage the expectations of relevant internal and external stakeholders around the completion of tasks, whilst also developing individuals within their team to ensure that all Client Services standards are continuously met.
  • You will be required to:
  • Responsible locally for workflow management and client tasks from Client services to Adviser Services
  • Technical contact for escalated queries in regard to ATO, ASIC, etc
  • Responsible for monthly reporting and tracking of critical lodgement dates
  • Support Senior Management to monitor all tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure correct distribution of said tasks
  • Act as an escalation point for Client Services team members, attend to any complex client enquiries


About you

  • Certificate 4 in Business Administration, or other applicable qualification
  • 3-7 years’ experience in Client Services or similar role/environment
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve minimum required monthly average KPI results, the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and the ability to manage a team of people
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills (Word and Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the financial planning and/or accounting process including online transacting
