Job description
About You:
- CA/CPA/CFA Qualified with 10 years of solid commercial experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Business, Commerce or Finance
- Extensive experience in developing complex financial and operational models
- Experience in analysing capital expenditure and other business proposals through DCF,NPV,IRR
- Experience in leading and developing a small team of analysts
- Property, infrastructure or Telco experience desirable

About the Role:
- The role leads a small team of analysts to build budget and forecast, to provide commercial and analytical support to the business, and to own the financial models that forecast and report on the company’s financial and operational performance
- Has multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the business, including a high degree of exposure to Exec management team and company shareholders
- FP&A- Lead the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts along with the long-term planning process for the business
- Commercial and Analytical support- work closely with the sales team to support growth and revenue retention
- Financial Modelling- Lead and develop the business’s financial and operational models to forecast and report on performance of the business over the next 10+ Years
