Our client is a national law firm that has experienced unrivalled growth in recent history and ambitions to continue for the foreseeable future, this firm are highly regarded across multiple practice areas. The Sydney office is a modern office located in a very convenient location. Our client has a large Litigation practice with multiple Lawyers regularly acknowledged in Legal publications as leading litigation lawyers.
About the role
This role will be working within an established team under the leadership of a team with a range of experience and knowledge that means this team is well equipped to deal with the varied disputes their clients brief them on.
Variety in this role is important to stress as this team tackles the full spectrum of commercial litigation matters, including but not exclusive to;
- Partnership Disputes
- IP Litigation
- Trade disputes
- ASIC investigations/regulatory disputes
- Equity/Corporate disputes
- ADR/Mediation
Personality and attitude are key for this position as this team heavily encourage progression.
Ideally you will possess:
- At least 2 years post admission experience in Litigation (advisory, mediation, litigation, arbitration, hearings)
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong academics
- An ambition to progress your career within this area of law
