Job description

We are seeking an experienced Communications Coordinator for a 2-3 month contract in Kingsgrove.  Due to the length of contract, candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are welcomed to apply for this role. 
 
Duties within the role will include:  

  • Provide daily support to the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager
  • Be responsible/Assist with internal communications within the business across all levels
  • Supporting the sales / marketing planning sessions with the view to providing a first class in-store activation
  • Ensuring effective and accurate communication is represented through the brand minimising inaccuracies
  • Systems management and maintenance
  • Liaise with Sales acc. Management /Marketing / IT / Supply Planning / Demand Planning teams
  • Lead and coordinate existing sales support communication through various applications including Facebook, Purveyance and ibooks


The ideal candidate will come from a similar communication focused role and hold:

  • Minimum 2-3 years working in either the FMCG or Pharmacy industry (ideally)
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience with running, manipulating and interpreting sales data using internal systems
  • Experience of working in a similar working environment 
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
