A role has presented itself for an ambitious Competition Lawyer to join a top-tier practice, working on a variety of competition and consumer law matters. Competitive salary and exceptional benefits package available within an award-winning team.
The team advises clients on the full range of competition law issues including ACCC merger clearance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, cartel conduct and applications for immunity, and pricing and distribution strategies.
I am looking to speak to General Associates with 3-6 years' post qualification experience to join an active Competition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar top-tier environment, where they have developed strong technical, drafting and commercial skills and been exposed to both contentious and non-contentious matters. General litigation experience is also relevant. They should have a strong client service ethic and work well as part of a team. A strong academic background is essential.
