About the company
My client is a global document solutions organisation based in Sydney CBD. The business is expanding and they are looking to recruit a Content Manager on a permanent basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high quality documentation for the usage and marketing of their software products and solutions. This content will include release notes, how- to articles, videos, installation, configuration and usage guides. The marketing related content will include posts and pages on their website, YouTube videos, posts in social media platforms, print formatted brochures and datasheets describing their products and solutions.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Ability to create content that describes the features and usage of software applications to a target audience.
- Experience and skills with content authoring and publishing tools such as Microsoft Word, HTML, CSS, YouTube, Camtasia (or similar video production tools) and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
