About the role 

I am seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator or Project Administrator for a temporary contract in Balmain. This is initially a temporary three month contract but for the right candidate there could be scope to extend. The main objective of the role will be to review and prepare documentation for new contracts.
 
The key responsibilities are:

  • Reviewing existing contracts
  • Preparing documentation for new contracts
  • Assisting with the Tender process
  • Provide advice on the development and management of contracts
  • Undertake inspections to ensure services are delivered correctly
  • Produce reports and correspondence in regard to contracts
  • Provide general administration support within a team environment to the Contracts/Procurement team

 
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

  • Proven experience in contract development
  • Knowledge of procurement process
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High levels of drive and motivation
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
