Job description

  • Lead contract management in a community focused organisation
  • Engaging with stakeholders internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes for the community
  • Develop and implement service agreements  

This position will have an oversight of the contract management processes. The incumbent will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve process improvement contribute to cross functional collaboration, and embed improved ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Service agreements  
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and identify efficiencies and savings
  • Review outdated and overdue service agreements 
  • Ensure contracts are executed correctly an scope of work is delivered such as service reports, costs and quality 
  • Develop high quality and detailed briefings, reports and business cases 

The successful candidate will:

  • 2 years experience across contracts management qualifications in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver desired outcomes to a particular deadline
  • Evidence working on successful outcomes with a collaborative approach and ensuring participation and engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and managing multiple deadlines
