Job description
My client is a large ASX listed FMCG business is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team on a temp to perm basis. With a strong history of recruiting top performers this company retains and develops their staff. They have a large finance function with lot’s of opportunities for progression.
My client is looking for someone with a technical background in accounting, ideally from chartered. The role predominantly revolves around business partnering where you talk about key drivers for the business, suggest and implement improvements. I am looking for a candidate that can understand costs from a cost centre level but has the ability to get into the detail down to invoice level. You will play an integral role improving processes and policies in the business.
Key criteria:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Experience of ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with process improvement
