About the role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be passionate about the financial service industry and also your focus will be providing an excellent service to our customers.
You will be required to:
- Answering inbound calls and queries from existing and prospective customers and clients.
- Utilise product knowledge to respond to any customer or client enquiries
- Provide accurate information about the business’ products, processes and policies
About you
- Ability to understand customer’s needs coupled with an interest in finance and a solution focused approach to assist customers
- Degree qualified and/or Diploma of Financial Services qualifications highly regarded
- Proven success in a client service-oriented role highly regarded
