My client is a leading multi-line insurer that serves its customers in global and local markets. It provides a wide range of property, casualty and life insurance products in over 200 countries.
About the role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be passionate about the financial service industry and also your focus will be providing an excellent service to our customers.
You will be required to:

  • Answering inbound calls and queries from existing and prospective customers and clients. 
  • Utilise product knowledge to respond to any customer or client enquiries
  • Provide accurate information about the business’ products, processes and policies

About you

  • Ability to understand customer’s needs coupled with an interest in finance and a solution focused approach to assist customers
  • Degree qualified and/or Diploma of Financial Services qualifications highly regarded
  • Proven success in a client service-oriented role highly regarded
