About the Role
Seeking high performing candidates who would like to join a retention team. This role would be suitable for someone looking to build on their career within Life Insurance.
You will have a diverse range of duties some of which are listed below;
- Inbound and outbound calls and queries from existing customers
- Manage customer enquiries
- Build relationships with both clients and customers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Conversations around life insurance
If you have proven customer service experience in a call-centre or retail with strong communication skills and attention to detail, this could be the right role for you!
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- You will be a natural communicator who enjoys talking to customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong customer service ethic
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
