About the Role
Seeking high performing candidates who would like to join a retention team. This role would be suitable for someone looking to build on their career within Life Insurance.

You will have a diverse range of duties some of which are listed below; 

  • Inbound and outbound calls and queries from existing customers
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Build relationships with both clients and customers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information 
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives 
  • Conversations around life insurance

 
If you have proven customer service experience in a call-centre or retail with strong communication skills and attention to detail, this could be the right role for you!
 
About You

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • You will be a natural communicator who enjoys talking to customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a strong customer service ethic
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
