I am currently looking for an experienced Customer Service candidate with exceptional communication skills. This is a full time position based in the CBD working 8am–5.30pm Monday – Friday.   This position is being offered as a 6 month fixed term contract and due to start next week.

Duties will include:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Responding to all email enquiries
  • Resolving any issues on the phone
  • Forwarding calls through to be escalated
  • Administration
  • Monitor incidents and requests

I am looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • Customer service experience
  • Call centre experience (not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can-do, proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
