Be part of this growing, leading financial services firm in the inner CBD. Working in a fast pace team environment where no two days will be the same. Reporting into the Team Leader of their customer service department you will be responsible for taking all customer enquiries in regards to their insurance and fleet products. You will also be answering queries via web chat, processing new customers, updating their CRM System and invoicing.
You must have worked in a customer service environment, preferably a call centre and be able to commence work immediately. Strong communication skills is essentially along with a flexible and wiling attitude.
