Job description
Join this Australian based utility tech company, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, as their customer service officer, with an immediate start to take on 3 month role with the view to go permanent.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager with providing a diverse range of duties which include;
- Resolve product or service problems
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
