Job description

This organisation based in Geelong are looking for an excellent Customer Service Officer to join their team on an immediate basis for a three month period, working 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be dealing with a high volume of incoming calls, some of these being of a sensitive nature. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact in order to support customers 
  • Connecting clients to the appropriate person in order to assist their query
  • Completing administrative tasks associated with phone queries as required
  • Using strong judgement to provide first call resolution to the customer

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy
  • Demonstrated experience meeting KPI’s in a similar role
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to help others
