Job description
This organisation based in Geelong are looking for an excellent Customer Service Officer to join their team on an immediate basis for a three month period, working 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be dealing with a high volume of incoming calls, some of these being of a sensitive nature.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact in order to support customers
- Connecting clients to the appropriate person in order to assist their query
- Completing administrative tasks associated with phone queries as required
- Using strong judgement to provide first call resolution to the customer
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy
- Demonstrated experience meeting KPI’s in a similar role
- Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to help others
