Join this Australian based utility tech company, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, as their customer service officer, with an immediate start.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager with providing a diverse range of duties which include;
Resolve product or service problems
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Build sustainable relationships
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
If you have proven customer service experience, a strong attention to detail, able to prioritise your day and have strong communication skills then this is the job you have been waiting for.
