Job description

My Client in the Financial Services sector is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to start ASAP on a 12 month temporary contract. Successful candidates within the role may well be extended beyond the initial 12 month period.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers to provide answers about general inquiries on their account
  • Make payment arrangements for outstanding balances 
  • Retention of customers if needed 
  • To understand all compliance requirements and how they apply when communicating with the customer
  • To adhere to all policy, process and procedural requirements for the National Customer Solutions Centre
  • Contribute towards changes to improve our business
  • Attend and actively participate in coaching, team meetings and centre activities
  • Requirements:
  • Call Centre experience is a must 
  • Similar experience in a Customer Service position 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • The ability to work well within a team 
  • A drive to help and go above and beyond in your role 

 
About the Role:

  • You will be working Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 8.30am and 7pm
  • There is an opportunity to progress into a full time permanent position after you have demonstrated your capabilities in the role
  • Kitchen and break-out areas including PS4 and table-tennis 
  • Parking or carpooling available 
  • Due to the train station closure Macquarie Park is only accessible by Bus at this time
  • WHV's can still apply but will not be eligible to go permanent due to work restrictions
